Johnny Flores is the founder of Flores Podcast Productions and has over 12 years of experience producing professional, branded podcasts for organizations, associations, and destination marketing teams. His work focuses on building long-term, high-quality podcast programs that align with real marketing goals, brand voice, and leadership messaging.
Johnny has received multiple City of Sacramento awards including the Creative Economy Grant, City of Festivals Grant, and the Creative Growth Fellowship. He has also served as a mentor with Pod People and The Podcast Academy. Flores Podcast Productions is a California State certified MicroBusiness and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise.
Johnny lives in Sacramento with his significant other and their two dogs, Waffles and Ellie. Outside of production, he enjoys hosting friends, playing board games, and talking about anything nerdy.

Ellie is dedicated to Hug Acquisitions. Ellie accepts hugs and pats on her belly from everyone she meets. Additionally, Ellie is skilled in Leaving Drool Everywhere (LDE). Ellie graduated Manga Cum Laude from Yale with a Masters in Drool and General Grossness.
Ellie got adopted from the Bradshaw Animal Shelter.

Chief Security Officer
Waffles oversees the safety and security of Flores Podcast Productions. Waffles manages all security risk assessments, policies, protocols, and procedures, especially as related to Squirrel Diversion.
Franny
V.P. of Napping
Franny excelled in Napping and Advanced Nap Applications. While she quite enjoyed napping indoors, her favorite place to test and develop Theoretical Nap Technologies was under her favorite tree in the backyard.
Franny crossed the Rainbow Bridge on November 8, 2020.
Chester
Fur Distribution Manager
Chester was the definition of a gentle giant. In addition to sleeping the days away, he loved cuddling with Franny and, occasionally, Ellie.
